Mr. Pease is a founding partner of the firm of Pease & Dorio, P.C. and has focused his practice on all aspects of commercial finance, business transactions, and alcohol beverage law and licensing. He actively represents many of Connecticut’s leading banks and financial institutions.
Mr. Pease represents lenders in complex
asset based lending transactions, residential real estate, consumer compliance
issues, troubled debt restructures, commercial loan transactions and litigation
involving lender liability issues, bank officer liability, loan workouts,
and commercial foreclosures and bankruptcy. He also represents lenders
in the development and sale of commercial real estate and REO properties,
and in the liquidation of collateral assets and regulatory compliance matters.
Mr. Pease represents national hotels, restaurant
and grocery chains, arenas, sports venues, brewers, distillers, wholesalers,
colleges and universities in all aspects of alcohol beverage licensing
and compliance.
Mr. Pease also represents borrowers, business owners and institutions in a wide variety of business and commercial loan transactions, corporate and partnership issues, debt restructuring and the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial real estate.
Mr. Pease received a Bachelor of Science
Degree in 1982 from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate in 1985 from the
University of Connecticut School of Law.
